Any videos you provide should have clear audio and /or video of the issue.

Examples:

If you are recording an unexpected noise and the air bags are not the source of the noise, turn them off during your video recording
If you are recording an unexpected noise and the noise can be heard without a person in the chair, do not have a person sitting in the chair
Due to the quality of a phone's recording capabilities, you should also not rest the phone on the fabric during the recording as the microphone with only pick up the noise of the fabric rustling
Please make sure we can see the whole or majority of the chair during your recording as how the chair and its parts move can provide extremely helpful information to the technical team
You should not be undoing any zips or screws
Do not talk during recording where possible.
Where possible reduce or eliminate external noise (such as the radio or TV)

The purpose of the video is so that the technical team can hear and view the chair and determine what parts might be needed for your repairs
